Miss Megan

My journey at Agape’ started when I attended here for preschool. From there I went on to do many different things but eventually ended up back at Agape’ as a cook. Went from cook to floater then eventually a lead teacher opening up our first infant room. The Foursquare Church has always been my home and a huge part of my life. I actually worked for the church a few years before I took over as Director of Agape’.  I am married and have a growing family of boys. I love God and I love kids so Director is a great fit for me

Miss Mara

Office Manager

My name is Mara Neal. I love working at Agape'.  Previously, I was a lead toddler teacher here and I still maintain my CDA.  I enjoy getting to know all of the children here as well as our Agape' families. I am married and have two beautiful girls. Being a parent, I understand wanting the absolute best care for your child. I strongly believe Agape' does this as well as provide them with a strong foundation of loving Jesus.

Miss Rogers

K5 Teacher

I began teaching K-5 at Agape' in 2005.  I like the small class sizes we have because it allows me to really get to know each child.  I enjoy reading, so one of my favorite things to see is the excitement on the children's faces as they learn to read on their own.

Mrs. Willmore

K4 Teacher

Hello, my name is Erica Willmore and I am the K4 half day teacher at Agape Learning Center. I have worked at Agape since 2017; assistant to Mrs. Kundert in her K4 class from 2021-2023, and became lead teacher after her retirement in 2023. One of the greatest parts of working here is being able to watch children grow and learn new things everyday. It is a remarkable thing to witness the moments when a child discovers something new or achieves a new goal they didn’t think they could. We will work hard on trying our best in everything and making sure we are developing the life skills necessary to succeed in kindergarten and beyond.

I am a life long Hoosier, born in Noblesville. I attended college at Johnson University in Knoxville, Tennessee, graduating in 2009. My husband and I met while we were in college and got married in 2010. We moved to New Castle in 2015 when he became a minister at New Lisbon Christian Church. We have had 4 children, Hannah, Charles, Olivia, and Jack. Olivia had some complications in this life so she is waiting for us safe in the arms of Jesus. Hannah, Charles, and Jack have all attended school at Agape. They are wonderful children that bring us joy everyday and keep us busy. When we are not participating in church or sports activities, we enjoy playing board games, outside adventures, and strolls with our dog, Bear.

I first came to Agape' when my oldest daughter started day care in 2012 and joined the teaching staff in 2014.  I am here because I love spending time with the children, helping motivate and prepare them as they grow, evolve and discover that they are special.  Agape' is an extraordinary place with an incredible combination of people all working together for a common noble purpose.  It is more than just a day care/school, it is truly a family.
