My journey at Agape’ started when I attended here for preschool. From there I went on to do many different things but eventually ended up back at Agape’ as a cook. Went from cook to floater then eventually a lead teacher opening up our first infant room. The Foursquare Church has always been my home and a huge part of my life. I actually worked for the church a few years before I took over as Director of Agape’. I am married and have a growing family of boys. I love God and I love kids so Director is a great fit for me
I love working at Agape'. I have enjoyed working with children of all ages, but I feel my specialty was working with toddlers. I was a lead toddler teacher for several years and still maintain my CDA. In my role now, I enjoy getting to know all of the children here as well as our Agape' families.
I have been married to Josh, my high school sweetheart, since 2011. We have two beautiful daughters. Being a parent and former teacher, I understand wanting the absolute best care for your child. I strongly believe Agape' does this while providing them with a strong foundation of loving Jesus.
My journey at Agape began in 2021 in the infant room with my oldest child. Since I started my job here, I have become familiar with and have learned about each classroom along with the day-to-day management roles. I have also gone back to school to complete my CDA, which has brought me a great deal of knowledge for child development. Although I don’t spend much time within a classroom anymore, I do enjoy getting to know and become familiar with almost every child and many families throughout our facility. I am thankful to be where I am, to be able to check in with my own children and to help support them and their peers as they grow. Outside of work, we stay busy as a family and enjoy taking vacations and spending warm days outside playing. I have a supportive husband, Josh, who encouraged me to take this leap of faith to change my career path once I became a mom. We have three beautiful girls: Amelia, Hayleigh, and one on the way. My husband attended Agape as a preschooler, so we are excited to see the love of Jesus poured through our girls as they get to also attend preschool here.
Hello! My name is Kelsay Smith. I started working at Agape in 2013. My husband Jordan and I live in New Castle and we have a son who attends Agape'. We love traveling, being outdoors and spending time with friends and family. I went to Agape' as a child and I see the impact it had on me. I'm so thankful I get the opportunity to work here and invest in your children like my teachers did for me!

I began teaching K-5 at Agape' in 2005. I like the small class sizes we have because it allows me to really get to know each child. I enjoy reading, so one of my favorite things to see is the excitement on the children's faces as they learn to read on their own.
Hello, my name is Erica Willmore and I am the K4 half day teacher at Agape Learning Center. I have worked at Agape since 2017; assistant to Mrs. Kundert in her K4 class from 2021-2023, and became lead teacher after her retirement in 2023. One of the greatest parts of working here is being able to watch children grow and learn new things everyday. It is a remarkable thing to witness the moments when a child discovers something new or achieves a new goal they didn’t think they could. We will work hard on trying our best in everything and making sure we are developing the life skills necessary to succeed in kindergarten and beyond.
I am a life long Hoosier, born in Noblesville. I attended college at Johnson University in Knoxville, Tennessee, graduating in 2009. My husband and I met while we were in college and got married in 2010. We moved to New Castle in 2015 when he became a minister at New Lisbon Christian Church. We have had 4 children, Hannah, Charles, Olivia, and Jack. Olivia had some complications in this life so she is waiting for us safe in the arms of Jesus. Hannah, Charles, and Jack have all attended school at Agape. They are wonderful children that bring us joy everyday and keep us busy. When we are not participating in church or sports activities, we enjoy playing board games, outside adventures, and strolls with our dog, Bear.
My name is Ken Hall. I am the K4 Full Day Teacher. I have been married for almost 20 years. Together we have five wonderful children, Evelynn, Benjamin, Anabelle, Abigail and Eleanore. I have been a Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor and Young Adults Pastor for the past 20 years. I have also worked as a Substitute teacher for Muncie Community Schools for 16 years. I am looking forward to working with your child while they are here at Agape. My desire is that they would learn and grow in the love of God, and have fun doing it.

Hello! My name is Lisa Robertson. I have worked with children for many years; in after school programs, summer programs, as a teacher’s assistant in Christian preschool, in a child care center, in a home day care and now here at Agape’. It is an honor and privilege, through projects and crafts or prayers and songs, to let the children know that Jesus Christ loves each and every one of us!
Hello, my name is Miss. Maygin, I have been with Agape’ since 2022. I have worked as a float in many rooms and the kitchen. I am the mother of three young kids, who also attend Agape’. Agape’ has been a blessing for my family and I hope you will find the same to be true for yours! I have always enjoyed teaching and being with children. I am fairly new to the New Castle area, we have lived here for almost 4 years now. Before we moved here I lived in Peru Indiana my entire life. Me and my husband Alec welcomed our first son Rhett in March of 2024, we found Agape Learning Center and instantly knew this was where we wanted our son to go! When I seen the job opening I knew it would be a great opportunity for me and my family!

Hi, my name is Nicole. I’m 22 years old and from Columbus, Ohio!
I’ve been working at Agape learning center for about a year now, I absolutely adore my job and I am the lead in oceans room!
I started at agape in April 2024, being able to work with kids has opened my eyes to how much your kids can grow in such a short amount of time. That’s why I love working at Agape, seeing my ocean friends, and other kids around the building growing everyday & making friends!
Hello, my name is Ashley!
I am a mom to two beautiful little boys, who like to keep me on my toes! I love reading, crafting, and enjoying a nice day outside with my boys!
I started at Agape in July of 2023, working in the one year old room with my oldest son. When returning from my maternity leave in 2024 I became a float. I love being able to work with all of the age groups for various reasons. Working in the rainbow wing I’ve watched the babies grow into these exploring and curious toddlers taking in the world. While working in the Noah wing I get to conversate and get to know each child and their unique personalities.
Working here at Agape has been such a blessing to me and my boys. Not only do I get to see and work with my boys, but I also get to know their peers and amazing teachers as well

Hi I’m Kayla and I love working with kids. My parents were missionaries so I spent a lot
of years outside of the country and have traveled a lot as an adult helping people where
I can. Right now God has brought me here to agape to love on the kids That come
through the doors. my favorite things are foxes and anything to do with art or crafty
things. I love seeing them discovering new things and get excited about learning. I hope
that they will one day understand how much God loves them.
